Bramleys independently named Huddersfield’s best estate agent

This week, we were pleasantly surprised to find out we’ve been independently named as Huddersfield’s leading estate agent for 2022 – by the British Property Awards (BPA).

Rather than an entry process, the BPA conduct an extensive mystery shopping method, meaning that we’ve been hand-selected by a team of previous estate agency owners who believe that we’re the best agent that our area has to offer.

What an incredible honour!

A recent poll suggested that just 25% of consumers trust estate agents, making it the second least trusted profession. At Bramleys, we are here to challenge that view and believe that our stats – and our accolades – proudly show it.

Research tells us that there are almost 500 estate agents in Yorkshire. But how many have stood the test of time for almost 65 years, employ 50 people, and have a 4.9 review on AllAgents, with a 93% recommendation level?

We passionately believe that trust takes time to build, but just a moment to break, which is why we’ve treated every single customer like our first. And we’re pleased that the BPA agree, having independently assessed all of Huddersfield’s estate agents against a set of 25 criteria.
