Bramleys named as Yorkshire & The Humber’s best estate agency

We are completely honoured to announce that we’ve been named as Yorkshire & The Humber’s agency of the year in the renowned The Negotiator Awards, whilst also taking home silver for Property Management Department of the Year.

Tipped as the property party of the year, our residential partner, Paul Keighley; Huddersfield branch manager, Gemma Caulfield; and head of property management, Michelle McCarthy; headed to London’s The Grosvenor House Hotel in Mayfair, for the glittering affair – hosted by Stephen Mangan – last Friday.

The wins simply mean we are the best estate agent across the whole of Yorkshire & The Humber! It is testament to the ongoing hard work of our teams, who strive to better our service every day.

And our results speak for themselves. In the first six months of 2022 alone, we managed properties for 650 landlords, completed on £6.2million of commercial property, £3.06m of new build homes, and £43m of residential property.
